Dan has served on the Board of HHIM since its incorporation in 2011. He has served on HHIM supported mission efforts in Guatemala, the Dominican Republic and Honduras. He resides in Slocomb, Alabama where  he is a deacon and member of Slocomb First Baptist Church. Dan is President of Chandler Furniture, dba Ashley Home Furnishings. He is active volunteer with the American Red Cross Disaster Relief Team and is a member of Gideons International.
